Payment is due via bank transfer at the time of booking. All sessions require a cancellation of at least 48 hours to be changed to another available date or entitled to a refund. If this notice is not given, full payment is due for the session missed. Should a booking be made, but no payment has been received within 48 hours prior to the session commencing, the session will be cancelled and will not proceed.

Block booking sessions must be booked at the time of payment.

Any missed pre-booked sessions without due notice will still be counted as paid sessions.

Unused block-booked sessions are non-refundable.
