Workplace Bereavement & Psychological Wellbeing Support

Supporting organisations to respond to bereavement and emotional distress with understanding, confidence, and practical guidance.

Why this matters

Bereavement and emotional distress don’t stay outside of work.

Employees experiencing loss may find it difficult to concentrate, communicate, or engage in the same way as before. This can impact not only the individual, but also teams, managers, and overall workplace wellbeing. Many organisations want to support their staff — but aren’t always sure how. What to say. What not to say. How to respond in a way that is both compassionate and appropriate. Having the right understanding can make a meaningful difference.

My work is grounded in counselling practice and informed by trauma-aware approaches.
